Spinach-pineapple smoothie bowl
Hey guys,
in summer I tend to eat many smoothie bowls. They are super healthy, high in nutrients and just simple to make.
For this particular smoothie bowl I used the following:
- 2 bananas (1 1/2 for the smoothie and 1/2 for the topping
- 1 pineapple (use as much as you like)
- two handful of leaf spinach
- 1 apple (optional)
As toppings you can use almost anything. This time I decided to put some banana slices and some pineapple on top and I also decorated my smoothie bowl with chia and linseeds. Both are superfoods containing healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium.
